Perfect location and super friendly staff!

I stayed for 3 nights with my group, and wow, the location was spot on! Just a short walk to both Pimlico and Victoria stations. The staff were sooo nice, felt like home. The room had a fab city view! Only downside was the hairdryer placement—would’ve been better in the bathroom. Oh, and loved the cozy cafes nearby!

Had a great time here with friends. The staff was super friendly and helped us explore places like the nearby coffee shops and parks. It’s just a short walk to the tube, which made getting around easy. I recommend this place for its nice atmosphere and clean rooms.

Our room was on the top floor, and the stairs were quite a workout. It was tough carrying our bags up there, especially after a long day.

The area is lovely for strolling around, quiet, leafy, and safe while being so close to stunning sites like st james's park and tate britain, making it easy to explore the heart of the city. not to mention the friendly and helpful staff who ensured my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

No elevator!!! The absence of enough furniture for comfort and those frustratingly narrow stairs could make for a difficult experience, especially with larger luggage!!!

The room was clean, but the small size was a bit uncomfortable for us.

Consider using the stairs as a way to get some exercise, and don’t forget to ask for staff assistance if you're struggling with luggage.

Just a solid selection for a getaway in London with high value for money. Enjoyed sitting on the mini balcony with morning coffee. Consider a rear room for quieter nights.

Our stay was delightful, with an exceptionally clean room. The front desk staff offered handy tips on nearby cafes for strong coffee, as the hotel lacks proper workspace. If you prefer adjustable showerheads, bring a shower bonnet. A tip, look out for the right number, as there are multiple 79 Belgrave Roads!

Just spent 2 nights with my family and the location was fab—close to bus and train, yet super calm. The staff was super friendly and gave us tips on where to eat. Our room was clean, but it was a bit tight. Oh, and the shower tray was kinda slippery. Would def stay again!

The staff were exceptionally kind and made sure we had everything we needed, which added to the homely vibe of this family-run establishment. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring, being close to Pimlico Tube Station and within walking distance of many attractions. One drawback was the absence of an elevator, so be prepared for some stair workouts!

I spent a few nights here and it was just perfect. The place is a short walk to major stations and surrounded by awesome cafes for brekkie. The staff were super chill and always ready to help with tips. Could've used a mini fridge in the room but still a solid experience overall!
